Very good strings, strong and holding the tuning once "broken in".

Mmmmmh, some heavy stuff ahead! I use these strings to play metalcore/death in drop B, the tension is optimal for me, meaning the strings are well tight in the lows for power chords and artificial harmonics (they come out naturally), yet still leave enough play to bend a little. In the highs, the strings are just soft enough to allow all sweeps, bends, and tapping without any difficulty. The perfect setup for drop B. Only problem: the 70 string is VERY thick, so it might not fit your tuning peg!! (on a Floyd guitar, the trick is to cut the string shorter at the bridge so that only the unwound part of the string passes through the tuning peg ...)
